Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on improving core strength and muscular control, increasing flexibility, reducing injury risk and improving posture.

My classes will help you feel confident moving your body in a way that it beneficial to you and will challenge you at your own pace. You will learn movements to help strengthen, tone and stretch your body leaving you feeling energised and ready for anything!
