Barre is a low impact but high intensity form of training, It is a full body workout, designed to challenge your body and work on strength, endurance, stability and flexibility, It incorporates high repetition exercises and utilises props such as small weights and resistance bands to achieve that all important Barre burn!

Although it is developed from Classical Ballet, Barre is for EVERYONE! Whatever your fitness level, you will be challenged safely and effectively.


All Barre classes take place at the York Pilates People studio on Clifford Street, York. 

These classes are also available online via Zoom.
